THE CELLAR

This 150 years old outstandingly well-designed cellar has been extended in 1980 in order to house premises for bottling, storage of the wines and preparation of the expeditions.

The cellar is continuously being modernized by acquisition of new materiel such as the renewal of all the oak casks (in 2005) in which red wines of an extraordinary quality are aged during 18 months.
