Grape varieties		Mourvèdre : 45 % Grenache : 45 % Syhra : 10 %
Terroir		Clay and limestone soil
Mode of vinification		Manual grape harvest, destemmed and crushed. Thermoregulated fermentation between 16°C and 18°C

You will appreciate particularly our wine with grilled meat, spicy dishes...
Storage temperature : 15°C to 18°C
