RTASTING NOTES : Purple-red robe. The nose is a blend of spice, red and black berries. You will discover supple tannins with a nice complexity at the end of mouth.

Terroir Clay and limestone soil
Mode of vinification Manual grape harvest, destemmed and crushed
Thermoregulated fermentation between 18° and 20°C
Direct pressing.
